Pros

Made contracting process easy. HR personnel are easy to get a hold of and respond relatively quickly to concerns.

Cons

$4.02 per hour going towards forced 401k contribution. They claim it to be a health and welfare deferral, but even if you opt out of their healthcare it's still taken out of your salary. This lowers taxable income but also is money earned that's not accessible

Pros

How refreshing to find a company that places such an extraordinary value on the individual. PPDG is a company who embraces the positive impact which a small family owned business can have on communities across the nation. The President and leadership are an inspiration to anyone who has ever been confronted with the obstacles of gender & cultural discrimination. PPDG truly embraces innovation, personal growth and creativity within an environment of discipline, decorum and grace. The company & its leadership are governed by integrity, always striving to do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons and in the right way, right on time. Humbly, PPDG desires to give back to those who serve nation and protect our freedoms. With a strong corporate conscious in place issues of equitable compensation go away.

Cons

As a service provider to the federal govenment (aka, Government Contractor) there are multiple requirements and restrictions which directly effect employees working in military environments and cultures. While every employee has value to the company, not every job description is a good fit for the individual. All 3 parties must be 100 % honest as to there expectations.
