PPDG offers above average compensation and the company truly cares about its employees. Professional Development is important to all of the Leadership which makes working there a challenging and rewarding experience. The Company also believes in Continuous Process Improvement, as evidenced by numerous Lean events which strive to improve process effectiveness, customer focus, employee satisfaction, and employee retention.
