-Friendly co-workers/managers, everyone has been with the company for a long time. -Stable, and you get an option to work at flexible hours. -Since there are many branch offices, there's a chance for relocation if you want to move to another state or city.

Cons

It's a family owned business. So unless you are a family member, there is no advancement opportunities.

Training is non-existant. Nearly impossible to grow within in the company unless you are related to a relative.
