Pros

Good christian based company, generous holidays. Good benefits for a smaller company, but expensive. Ok pay. They give you gifts for the holidays!

Cons

Each branch is different. Your Dallas branch is under performing for a reason. The inventory is chaotic for a reason. No respect for the effort given during covid from management. No consequences for unprofessional behavior. Sales not meeting budget for 4-5 months consistent and still receiving commission bonuses.
