      I do feel like the CEO and leadership genuinely care about each employee. They're very supporting in all venues and share direct communication and value everyone's insights. W2 employment for company contracts.

      Cons

      Although you are W2, employment is based on the survival of your contract workstream.

      Pros

      Great people, great hours and I can work from home. Customer is great.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have an office to go to at times that isn't in my home, but I can deal with that due to all the benefits.
