      Pros

      Extremely open and honest leadership. Leaders within the company came from the "trenches" in that they have all worked on task and understand their job only exists because we exist. HQ's staff listens to what we say and takes action to make things better. Everyone has a voice. The CEO has an open door mentality in that he cares about what everyone has to say / offer. I enjoy working here and always look for opening for other friends and family when possible.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any, except possibly the corporate staff expect us to work with other company's people (prime /sub) and sometimes that is more difficult if the other company doesn't get the same time off or attention that we get. But that's life and our HQ is reluctant to offer jobs to one of our team mates personnel to avoid affecting relationships negatively.
