I've become good buds with my nice co-workers

Cons

The work hours are brutal because the management forces us drivers to work for extended hours. The workload is reasonable at first. But it became unbearably awful once the managers started forcing us to work more hours than we should be doing. The work hours creep is really exhausting and stressful.
