Pros

You'll be able to work independently without the managers meddling.

Cons

The work environment here isn't terrible per se, but it is definitely lackluster. I think the management of this company is ineffective because there's rarely anything going on in the workplace. Employees work independently with very minimal support from the leadership. The pay is also awful compared to other companies, but I'm not really surprised.

Pros

High starting pay and good benefits. The hours are flexible and the trucks are well-maintained. Management is supportive and approachable, if you need anything they are quick to help.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any cons.

Pros

The equipment they provided was decent enough. It enabled me to do my job without worrying about my safety at all.

Cons

When the management first asked me to put in some extra hours, I was okay with it. But then, it became their pattern. They lied blatantly and made up excuses so that drives like me would spend long, brutal, stressful, and exhausting hours outside in all weather conditions. I tolerated it for as long as I could, but then it started impacting my health negatively, and I chose to leave for good. Please avoid!
