- Drivers are treated as disposable with no respect or recognition - Forced into brutal hours in every kind of weather with no relief - Expectations keep rising higher and higher with no concern for limits - Workloads pile up until the job becomes unbearable

They have a great maintenance department and great equipment! Friendly Staff

Cons

I'm interested in doing three long runs for the week starting on Sunday and finishing some time on Thursday. They have the freight going to the areas(GA) that I want per their brokerage department but they seem intent on keeping me in the areas that I don't want. They don't seem like a good fit for me. For someone else it may be different.

I got to work with a lit of talented people, and the few benefit I got weren't so bad.

Cons

Employees have a lot of pressure placed on them because of how incompetent management is! They have no idea how to properly set schedules or assign workloads, and they keep making terrible decisions that create problems employees end up having to fix. Despite being incapable of doing anything right, they act as if they're superior to you, and refuse to give recognition to employees.
