      Seriously there wasn't any. If there's one, it's the coworkers.

      Cons

      Management was very young and extremely inexperienced, not only about the industry but also managing employees. They were in way over their heads. Unqualified employees there was put in their place. There was little leadership or guidance in work. Tasks change on the fly and there was no set job description.

      Great company that cares about employees. Managers are given autonomy to run their areas. If you work hard, you will reap the benefits.

      Ok wage but you had to work twice as hard for less pay

      Cons

      This company has no respect for its employees. They have promised to make the benefits and pay better but never followed through. Cost cutting is their mantra. Equipment is old and needs to be replaced. This company acts like a company that is getting ready to go under, they are doing no reinvestment into equipment or employees!
