      Pros

      Most of my co-workers are friendly and great to hang out with. Plenty of employees here are very hardworking.

      Cons

      The management, for some reason, just has no respect for us drivers. The managers talk to us as if we don't deserve or are only wasting their time by communicating with them. I feel like I'm being treated like a dispensable garbage. This company has a very toxic management, and I wish people from the upper management will do something about this.

      I met hardworking and supportive collegues but ufontunateye, like me they didn'y receive the right amount of respect from the management

      Cons

      It's still a mystery to me why they couldn't give the same level of respect to truck drivers. They had high respect to office employees but when it came to us driver, they were very cold and rude.

      Pros

      For the most part you have a lot of freedom to run your loads. Some people are great to work with

      Cons

      The company hates it drivers, worst equipment in the industry, pay is not good. They want you to work 7 days a week and don't care how many units you move for them it's never enough. Morale is unbelievably low with all the drivers across the company. They don't do anything except break you down.
