Everything you do is wrong

They provide an intensive training program in class and hands-on

Cons

They have very strict policies for drivers. You have to pass the written test and the actual test after training, and passing should both be a hundred percent without mistake. You then get a mentor when you start working and that's where everything gets bad. Maybe I was unlucky to have grumpy mentor whom you can't please in any way. Everything you do is wrong or not a hundred percent right.

There is no opportunity to grow. Management won't help you succeed. You won't realize your true potential here. There isn't a lot of trainings and seminars provided by the company and you will shoulder all the expenses for outside trainings and seminars.

The company sticks to their system which everyone needs to know about very well for a smooth flow of business.

Cons

The company doesn't promote open communication with the employees. Problems with equipments and machines always happens and it's hard to get them immediately repaired, much more replaced.
