Surely, the ones who can say good things here are the ones favored by the management and CEO. Coz our point of view is different, and the way we are treated is different. They are not that nice as they say, and as supportive as they say. They don't do anything for us at all actually. The employees are being pitted against each other and so the air of competition is so high in the workplace. And it is not a very healthy one.

If you ever make the horrible mistake of accepting a job here, prepare to be verbally abused. Most managers here are rude and condescending people who like to talk down and say terrible things to employees. The work environment is terrible and filled with anxiety because every employee knows just how terrible the managers are. The pay isn't even good.
