Benefit package is the best thing going on here.

Every dispatch is a stressful event. Uncertainty of what you're going to get, is it garbage or decent. Short freight stinks, long stuff isn't bad but you get hosed on the mileage. I'd be happier if upper management was equipped to move this place forward in a better direction. GM's aren't going to save this place. Good luck with that. The steady stream of drivers leaving, should be an indicator of where we are headed. Maybe try to hang on to some experienced guys and ask yourself why they are leaving. Newbies are essential but aren't going to save us. Those of us who've been around can smell the deception.

Nothing good about this Place , except Dewain . Poor man has a tough job and really does his best .

Cons

Doesn’t Appreciate Good Drivers , Will cheat you on your last pay . Company has lost over 20 drivers in the last month what does they tell you. Pay is below Average. Equipment is Junk most of the truck is old tired Peterbilts with over million miles . Sadly Proficient has the reputation of being the Swift of Car Hauling
