Poor Planning and Embarrassing Lack of Coordination Impacted Work

The office had a decent location and a fair amount of resources available for the job.

Cons

The real issue was the company's backward-thinking approach to planning and coordination. It was evident that the boss was either too disconnected or unwilling to address the recurring issues. This shortcoming led to frequent mix-ups and an overall frustrating experience. I often felt aggravated by the lack of clear direction and the disorganized nature of the work assignments, which made the job unnecessarily stressful,

Company prioritizes profit over employee health and wellbeing. Managers don't lead but boss around people showing blatant favoritism. Leadership is horrible and talented employees are awfully neglected.

I really like the majority ofd the team I work with and unfortunately, they are usually punished.

Cons

I don't even see a future for the company. Company is going downhill. Employees are highly undervalued and disposable. Management is unwilling to invest in the employees, everyone is severely overworked and pay is insultingly low. You'll find something much better!
