Has issues similar to what comes up across community mental health and non-profits - so much potential and also some overfunctioning of key players that feels like it contributes to burnout and heroics vs the building of super efficient systems.

Coworkers are great people to work with.

Cons

I feel like it is unethical to treat the most vulnerable clients in the community with our level of care and licensing. I think it's unfair for both the workers and the clients and puts a lot of undue stress on everyone.
