Pros

Many people who work here are great but they definitely leave. Union represented. Programs vary. Clients are nice

Cons

Toxic upper management culture, poor staff retention, visibly stressed/abusive program directors and minimal support for counselors. Recipe for burnout. Mandatory: 12 hour shifts, mediocre pay, overnights. V limited opportunity for advancement
