Pros

Not sure if I can see any Pros. Jay Bhatt is not the CEO as the company page here claims.

Cons

where do i begin? no clear vision at any level. senior management is clueless. CEO bailed few months ago. still without a CEO. not sure if a new CEO will even join this mess. Company products are legacy by today's technology standards. Not may talented employees remain. Even if some talented ones want to stick around they are sent home packing in the name of strategy change

Pros

highly structured, good communications internally. good treatment of customers and partners. good, smart middle and senior leadership. interest in improving core technologies.

Cons

flip-side of highly structured. process can be overbearing. Came from the dinosaur era of software companies. organization is more reminiscent of IBM or a bank, than a 1500 person software company. some technology a bit dated.
