Management issues Disconnect between corporate and the BU's

Currently management treating people with no respect. Management is totally clueless on how to evaluate and review employees performance. Environment focused on favoritism, if there is a personal connection you are in, otherwise management will make your life miserable. Management is expecting you to work loads of hours in your time off. No respect to employees at all. Current Employee Satisfaction Survey hit the bottom line with reports of bad management, with employees being threatened and disrespected. Upper management is not concerned about this tactics. Lots of good talents left the company and development is being constantly swapped, causing delays in releases and tons of bugs affecting customers.
