Making a list out of pros is quite difficult! I joined Progress 6 months ago, and it feels like the best decision I made at the time by accepting the offer. The folks in my team and other teams, the leadership, and everyone who is part of the organization collectively make working with Progress an experience you wouldn't want to trade. But for the sake of listing out some of the things: - Great compensation. You don't even have to ask the human capital for it. If you are worth it, you are going to get it. Plus, there are many additional benefits in all sorts of ways that you get, so no need to worry about all that. - Management and the leadership team is very supportive. You can see that they genuinely care about individual growth as much as teams' and organization's growth and work towards it. Tons of opportunities here! - Great work culture. I can't stress this enough. The organization-wide culture here at Progress is something that I have never heard of anywhere else, and I'm glad that I am part of this culture now and living it every day! - An awesome CEO! Through all the engagements that I have been part of which involved Yogesh, have always been a delight. An amazing person leading a great team with high caliber.
