Office is not clean, as no one cleans it regularly, the building has a dirty smell, wc not cleaned too. The kitchen has the worst equipment. No parking available, although they said “we have a parking” in the benefit column, this parking garage is not for everyone. The devices for the dev is low performance low quality. The most important thing is that the people there have the worst mindset, they will talk about anyone behind their back, kowtow the leaders and managers, and bully anyone with a different mind/personality, they are toxic and to spend 9 hours daily with them will make you sick, they also don’t respect anyone especially the new comers, they always make fun of the the comers. The managers won’t give you time to talk as 1 to 1, no advices said to improve you, just a stupid jokes about you that you will hear from someone, “oh your team said you was sh*it in this topic” Only if you are toxic and bad person you won’t fit there.

As a former implementation Engineer found my self in toxic department and unsupported management where they push you to work more and more and then gives that effort to someone else. On the same hand Senior engineers don't give you good gandover and sometimes part of the info to show managment that we are helping them and after that you will have a full responsibility. In that department you feel that they are devided and to groups or gangs and you need to part of one of them or you will be odd this type of department is not good for any employee that need to start a good career

Career path is not well defined, not all employees know exactly what is required from them to progress, and it is left to the leaders/managers to decide the promotions. Also, it is not tied to the salary, it depends on the negotiation, which could influence unfairness. Besides that, salary ranges are untransparent. The customers are too strict! Sometimes it makes you feel that the company is unable to manage it, or push it back. In general, there is a weakness in communication when running the project. They pay above-average salaries for the juniors and good salaries for the seniors without any additional benefits except the health insurance, which covers the employees, not their families. Also, we don't have any other benefits outside the company, such as offers for transportation, tourism, restaurants, or even gyms! This is why some employees leave the company, as they would be paid or save more, in general.
