Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback so we can make changes within the organization.
We will look into incentive pay for future hires now that it has been brought to our attention.
Raises in our company have been attached to a few factors which include time with us, acquiring an RBT certification, completing additional educational degrees, and a few other factors. Communication to the CEO and the supervisor would be a way to acquire a raise in the company so communication on the part of the RBT is encouraged. We have found that requests for raises usually come from the staff but we can look into ways to proactively improve communication on raises amongst the team.
We are a company that primarily works with children after school and weekends so offering a full time schedule has been challenging for our company. We do offer full time positions when we acquire clients who are not of school age and during the summer.
Parents can be a challenge at times, our guidance is to redirect their concerns to the supervisor consistently so they can help to resolve issues or answer questions.
Thank you for your feedback, I assure you we will make the necessary changes so we can better support our staff as they are our valuable assets to our sustenance and growth.
- Inconsistent hours - Constant miscommunication among management - Lack of consistent/efficient supervision for new therapists - Unethical procedures - Old and broken toys for clients - Consistently broken cleaning materials (vacuum, etc.)
