Working directly with big insurance

Cons

Terrible cross department communication. HR is terrible, they constantly haunt you at anything you do, Discrimination is constantly observed against different employees. Retaliation by managers goes unheard of. I would stay away from this terrible company culture.

I have seen great things from leadership and management seems to do a great job advocating for their teams. Remote work available for everyone in our department.

Cons

No big cons. Some slight annoyances with restrictions when it comes to computers but I understand the security concerns.
