Pros

Supportive, knowledgeable managers. The claims organization generally works well with house counsel. Generous leave. Hybrid schedule.

Cons

Progressive's diversity seems to be concentrated in the lower levels of the corporate structure. The company contracts with questionable vendors for benefits, lowballs younger employees, and lowballs women on the front end.

Pros

Fairly on your own as a lawyer as long as you do your job and keep cases moving.

Cons

After COVID there was little interaction with other people as we were working from home. Could be a Pro if you are a loner, but everyone needs some others to talk to every once in a while and in person not on phone.
