      Corporate attitude around values, diversity and promoting from within. Positive work environment where individual contributions are celebrated. Extremely high employee tenure. Work from home opportunities.

      Cons

      Some senior leaders need to leave the company, the recent focus on cross sell and quotas is changing the environment and customer/employee experience. Home vendor/product is “young” and needs refinement.
