The people i was in training with were really nice They care about you (only if youre in a good position)

Cons

you get burnt out easily they dont really care about call center agents

Nice co-workers that are helpful.

Cons

Expensive health insurance-no hmo. You have to pay a pricey deductible each time you see your doctor. Constantly, having computer problems. I worked with a very unknowable supervisor.
