Pros

Laid back, easy, paid training, end of year bonus based on company profit/performance

Cons

No real opportunities for advancement outside of Cleveland (unless you want to be a manager). It's a job not a career.

Competitve salary, training to get licensed, encouraged to apply for promotions.

Cons

Management style varies within departments. There are some managers that would not help if you were attempting to move up, but others did what they could to prepare you. Focus of company was changing from customer service to numbers orientated.
