Excellent benefits. Outstanding people. The workplace culture cannot be beat - diverse, honest, friendly environment that takes the core values seriously. It’s an enjoyable place to work and I feel confident that I’d always be supported for doing the right thing.

Cons

Still hasn’t committed to working remotely, giving competitors an advantage. Salary and technology are both subpar. Training is almost non-existent in some departments.

Extremely flexible. Generous vacation time. Inclusive environment.

Cons

You're "highly encourage" to actively participate in different committees and ERGs and is taken into consideration for promotions/new position. I appreciate all of the committees I just don't agree participation being a consideration in a promotion.
