      Working with both business partners and their IT counterparts, you can learn something about the business and the IT systems that power them every single day. Being asked challenging questions and providing answers to coworkers and management that live by a data driven model continues to give employees confidence that their input matters and the business is being steered by data.

      Cons

      If you do not enjoy the corporate red tape, a company of this size will frustrate you. For a business of this size, it should not be surprising that there are safeguards and policies in place to prevent the bad mistakes from slipping through.
