      An internship with Progressive is a great way to earn experience.

      Pros

      The internship was enjoyable. It really built my skills in learning about a new industry and trying to solve a business problem related to their supply chain issues. I believe each intern team works with a different business problem each summer. My internship was fully remote.

      Cons

      The interns were babied a bit too much. I feel that they wanted a college-level solution, but they did not give us the information to go in-depth with details.
