Work conditions are better than most insurance companies. Decent pay and benefits. Opportunity for good bonuses based on company performance. It’s easy to get promoted early on. Reasonable working conditions most of the time.

Cons

Recently growth has outstripped their ability to hire and retain enough employees. Limited opportunities for promotion after 5-10 years with the company. Workload varies significantly which is part of insurance.
