      Pros

      Pay rate is decent, PTO is very flexible, Work/Life Balance is heavily stressed, Co-workers are helpful when learning new processes. 401K matched from first contribution and vested after a year.

      Cons

      Health Insurance has high deductibles, Career growth is slow, no career coaching/mentorship.

      Fantastic benefits and friendly employees.

      Cons

      Leadership invites us to "bring our whole selves into the workplace" and to be honest. Mangers don't seem to like it when employees actually bring their whole selves to the workplace. If observations are made that managers don't agree with, then you run the risk of being labelled as not collaborative or not being a team player.
