Great employee benefits Comprehensive new hire and on-going training Company frequently has contests and gives out perks to employees

Cons

Repetitive back to back calls - You're asking the same things over again nonstop for 8 hours PTO could be better for such a large company No commissions on sales Shift options are limited and not very easy to get into a better shift
