Pros
Almost Everything. This is the best place I have ever worked. Remote, Gainshare profit sharing bonus, Pay, Culture, Work-life balance, Flexible schedules, 4x9 options, Learning, Career development, Leadership & Team helpfulness and friendliness. I feel like most of corporate America has gone adrift but not here, this is how work used to be and should be. When countless employees have been here 20&30+ years, this should be your sign that you are doing something right. I plan to finish my career here.

Almost no cons. GLP1 coverage in health plans, vacation time for new but experienced hires could be better.
