      Pros

      The gainsharing program is a huge plus, and there are countless opportunities for professional growth and development. The work is challenging in a rewarding way, and I can genuinely see myself building a long-term career here.

      Cons

      It would be much better if sick leave was separate from PTO. Currently, you have to use your limited PTO when you’re sick, which feels unfair and restrictive.
