overworked (given and expected to complete much more than 40h worth of work each week), constant revolving door of major changes, culture feels like high-school, common to find people struggling to get into the positions they want despite having the requirements and trying multiple times but being told they need to do more (even when they are at capacity), in order to progress you are expected to do far more than what is required of you and to work even more hours on top of the 40 of your life you already give each week.
