      Tread Carefully if you plan to work in claims.

      Pros

      Money, Benefits, Decent Co-Workers, Bonuses, Ideals?

      Cons

      Working in claims. Claims Reps are heavily overloaded. Revolving management (7 sups in 3 years) Given 3 hrs of overtime per week and if that is exceeded due to customer need a "coaching" will be in your future. Useless company scripting. Micro-managing style. Attempting to advance beyond claims is very difficult, especially if you're good at what you do. Feedback is encouraged, but puts you in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. Hard to balance work and life.

      Co workers are nice thats about it.

      Cons

      Work load is horrible, you are told at time of hire what your shift is with no mention that work loads are overwhelming, not realistic and people work through their breaks and lunches making an 8 hour day turn into easily 12-14 hours. People start happy and end up burnt out and unhealthy. Managers do not assist in helping they just move your claims out weeks in advance leaving you with unhappy customers and poor service over all.

      Pros

      Health benefits, 401K, Gain share, generous paid time off, decent pay. Good opportunity for raises. Support from immediate supervisors. Great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      With recent changes, flex schedules will no longer offered. Moving to performance based scheduling. Few job opportunities to move up.
