Progressive Insurance reviews

I worked here for just over a year, and it was the worst mistake I’ve made in my life to date. I should have never quit my last job to work here. The stress is more than any human being should have to deal with. It’s hard to get help from supervisors when needed and customers are rude.

Work load is completely overwhelming. Working 12 hour shifts(with out overtime) just to keep up and that still isn't enough. You either Burn out here in less than 3 years or tough it out long enough to get promoted. Promotion comes with the same overwhelming work load, but the pay is good enough to keep you there. Truly feel Progressive does care about it's employees and makes every effort to guide and make the job manageable, but unfortunately volume of claims is the only thing that they can't help with.
