      Pros

      The company seems inclusive of ppl from various backgrounds, education and prior experiences. This definitely is great and allows for a diverse and educated staff.

      Cons

      Training is horrible! Training lacks a level of flow and cohesiveness and definitely seems “rushed”. Learning materials and software system used to retrieve information is NOT user friendly. The multiple passing around the new hire to different staff/coaches is rather complex and confusing. Schedule selections: Who, what, when, where and how did anyone come up with these permanent work schedules after training?

      Pros

      Work from home, never had to go in-person. All equipment provided. Decent pay for wfh, avg. benefits.

      Cons

      Training/onboarding was highly confusing and unorganized. The first 2 weeks of training were the worst- the trainers just wanted to talk about their pets, spouses…..

      managers and supervisors have no idea how lead and have no knowledge of what they are doing--the pay sucks ! supervisors rely on seasoned employees to run the place==place is all about LGBT //not famlly households like Father Mother and children !! only advancement is to blacks and latino people
