Can be stressful as you are working with people that are going through a bad experience (auto collision), and things don't always go the way they expect.

Overtime is required to complete work assigned while still meeting deadlines. Expect to work about 60 hours a week and most weekends. Implementing mandatory "back to office days" after employees had already been contributing from home for years is foolish and not necessary. Don't treat your employees like children and allow those that wish to continue working from home do so.
