I’ve had a horrendous experience here. The friends I have made at Progressive have not. Unfortunately, you’re very much at the mercy of the draw in terms of your supervisors. They have not lived up to their Core Values and grossly mishandled my genuine complaints.

A lot of lateral moves and raises are barley 3-4%
