      Pros

      Decent salary and benefits, co workers are great

      Cons

      This is not the same company I started with over 6 years ago - now all about making money and numbers (crazy micro managed now) and sacrificing employees and customers. The just want a body there to answer the phone - no longer want you to go above and beyond just want you taking continuous phone calls. Would no longer recommend for anything long term. Typical BS politics.

      Laid back, easy, paid training, end of year bonus based on company profit/performance

      Cons

      No real opportunities for advancement outside of Cleveland (unless you want to be a manager). It's a job not a career.

      The pay is comparable to the market

      Cons

      No consistency in management from one group to the next. In order to advance you need to be one of the favorites and male. Hard work and dedication do not come into play. They no longer care about the people. When I first started it was all about the employees. I enjoyed coming to work and giving 110%. That is no longer the case. I come in do what I'm told and leave. I no longer feel that I can express my opinion. I have lost many friends here due to down sizing or better opportunities.
