      Decent start for a recent grad

      Pros

      Started here fresh out of University...great advancement, as far as salary was concerned Good management, depending on the department you work in. Willing to give someone the training they need to start

      Cons

      but job advancement is only possibly if a) you work in a tremendously large office with plenty of turnover (not hard to find in some locations); or b) willingness to relocate. Pay seems to be lower than some other companies with similar positions

      People are friendly, gain sharing is nice

      Cons

      Your advancement is limited and only negative measurements are focussed on. None of the managers have any sort of people skills, and are thus are unable to recognize these types of skills in others.
