Pros
I have worked at other companies but none of them cares as much about people and makes the effort to create (now remote) work culture. The company has grown in size over the past 10 to 20 years but they never lose their focus on their employees. Leadership at all levels is accessible and transparent. They make time on a regular and consistent basis for everyone.
Cons
If you are chasing the highest salaries based on high rent west and east coast locations then you won't find that at Progressive.
