      Not bad.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were all very friendly. Great training. The company was interested in treating customers and employees with respect. A good product and a real attempt to do the right thing. Fairly easy to get time off, even on holidays.

      Cons

      Tied to a cubicle. The wages are low for the job you do. Minimal chance to move beyond your current role. Constant review of #'s when managers can give a better idea of employees.

      Pros

      Very Structured environment in terms of tiers and goals to work towards. Depending upon the office the management seem to really care for their employees.

      Cons

      There have been several experiences where senior management reduced the compensations levels and development tract. I was not directly effected, but I felt sorry for my coworkers who were effected.

      -Good place to work for young college graduates -Clear goals set up for you to accomplish -Good 401k match-6%

      Cons

      -Not much upward mobility. You have to wait for someone to leave in order to get promoted to a team leader. -There is not a lot of growth in the company right now. They like to keep the manger to rep ratio pretty high.
