You're set up to fail. They drill you on having great customer service yet overwhelm you with so many claims that it's next to impossible. Most of your metrics are set for failure. Your calls to voicemails are still counted when youre logged off, after hours, while on PTO, and weekends. You'll get hit with totals transfered past your metrics and will still count against you. Moral has totally tanked and everyone is jumping ship.

It truly is unnecessary how much work unnecessary work goes into every claim. -We are overworked and under paid. -You will be salary, working no less than 50 hours per week, including weekends, pretty much always.
