You’ll meet so many amazing people at this company . The company is extremely diverse when it comes to who they hire . My coworkers are the reason why I’ve been at my job for so long . They are truly amazing no matter the department. I work with so many wonderful people . The employees are what make progressive so great

Pto - earn every pay check and when you first get hired it’s super low as your tenure go on you’ll get 8 hours per pay 3-5 years Bonus ( it will be taxed heavily ) Growth and opportunities but you have to be your own voice We are always getting food , gifts
