Constant change: eliminates continuity in handling at all levels, resulting in wretched communication between management and the worker bees. The company appears to be slowly re-centralizing operations to lower-paid regions and in the process is eliminating growth and opportunity for lower-level employees, as well as RIF'ing or demoting lower- and middle-management.

Management needed some work. I had a few great managers, then u got 1 and he was horrible. I lefted due to this manager. This position requires a lot of hours.
