Pros
CULTURE: We celebrate diversity and are better for it. We have a culture of assuming intent and embracing curiosity. Coming to work is fun most days because you're job objectives and expectations are made clear, then youre given the freedom to get to work. My thoughts are valued i feel a mutual respect toward my peers and leaders.
Cons
Pace. It seems like the pace in many roles has ebbs and flows, but I feel like this role has been a sprint for over a year.
