Pros

Working from home beats traffic. PTO

Cons

Long hours Pay could be better for the amount of work we do. The job is supposed to be servicing but our real job is meeting metrics by offer our bundling services (homeowners, renters insurance) Customers ruin the job but management takes the cake.
